We aim to have a variety of vendors for our visitors to browse. We have limited space at the event.
VIB Masters, VIBs, and Companions! I'm excited to invite you to join us, but just a quick note: please sign up as either a vendor or a builder, not both!
We have only four vendor spots available.
I appreciate your understanding!
Vendors who sign up and comply with the laws of the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the requirements the city has set in place.
You may not show off your personal builds at the Vendor table; your table is for selling. We appreciate your interest, but unfortunately, we’re unable to include you in the garage sale.
This is private to VIBs Masters, VIBs, and Companions and not to the public.
Vendors are considered public.
I want to avoid this from happening:
A vendor purchases an item and resells it for profit, which could make the original seller feel uncomfortable, and we definitely want everyone to enjoy their experience and come back to future events. Let’s keep it fun and supportive for all!

Each vendor table costs a flat $250.00. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event; after that, no refunds.
This flat fee includes:

1 8ft table, two chairs, and two vendor passes.

Your advertisement in the vendor section of your booth at the Albuquerque Brick Convention event

Ability to sell at Albuquerque Brick Convention

The New Mexico State Taxpayer Center requires you to register as a vendor/temporary taxpayer for your business.
Rules include:

Vendor Tables are non-refundable.

Vendors are required to sell their products solely on the tables allocated by the Albuquerque Brick Convention. Vendors must use only the assigned table space.

Vendors must sell LEGO or LEGO-related items.

If you do not sell LEGO-related items, please get in touch with me for sponsorship opportunities.

"Sharing" of vendor space or table is prohibited.

Each vendor must put away ALL trash at the end of each day.

Vendors are responsible for removing all decorations and trash from their assigned area. Trash will be placed in the dumpster provided.

Driving and/or parking is not permitted in any area of the concrete surrounding the building. Renters, guests, and vendors may park only in the designated parking areas.

Open flames, such as candles and lanterns, are not permitted on facility grounds.

The use of tape, glues, nails, pins, helium balloons (Sid Cutter Only), confetti, glitter, fake flower petals, water beads, fog/rain/snow machines, sand, or rice is NOT permitted.

Hanging items from the fire suppression system is not allowed.

The facility will be open at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
